Allen’s 1:20.3, “Clear Creek and Quicksilver,” railroad is still under construction with outside landscaping in it’s beginning stages. Allen plans to concentrate on a logging theme on the outdoors portion and will have a Georgetown Loop setting on the in-the-basement segment.
